You may have seen that Matt Abbott published his début collection via Verve Poetry Press on 4 October, with the 22 poems from his ‘Two Little Ducks’ show plus 15 additional poems in a ‘Selected Poems 2015-2018’.

Following a successful run at last summer’s Edinburgh Fringe, and some one-offs culminating at Roundhouse’s Last Word Festival, Matt Abbott‘s ‘Two Little Ducks’ show is set to embark on a 22-date UK theatre tour.
The tour will be accompanied by a collection on Verve Poetry Press, which is available to pre-order here. Copies of the book and also a new album will be available on all of the tour dates, which are listed below.

As part of Arts Council Collection’s Store To Tour project, Matt Abbott was commissioned to write a series of poems in response to the ‘Revolt & Revolutions’ exhibition at Yorkshire Sculpture Park.
Matt regularly visited YSP as a kid, and has been a social and political activist since his mid-teens, so it was the ideal commission; writing poetry in response to the punk portraits and the show overall.
